With a variety of CNC equipment at our disposal on CNC lathes and machining centers we are able to
offer turned parts from 10mm diameter up to 800mm diameter and up to 2 meters in length and with
the use of automatic bar feed attachments and live tooling we can produce parts fully finished including milling and drilling on the one machine.
In our CNC milling department our machining centers can cope with most customer requirements manufacturing highly complex parts up to 1.5 meters in length and 600mm in width. Also having twin
pallet machines we can manufacture bespoke parts and large production runs with minimum down time giving our customers the cost efficiency they need, in a wide variety of material specs from nylon and
plastics through all steels up to exotic alloys including titanium Inconel and Hastaloy for the aerospace industry.
